I had such a positive experience with Rowena at Refresh Aesthetic! The clinic is immaculate, with beautiful modern and stylish interiors that immediately make you feel comfortable and at ease. As for Rowena, she is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough in her approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly before the treatment and provided really detailed aftercare advice afterwards, so I felt completely informed and looked after throughout. I felt very comfortable in her hands, and the whole experience was relaxed and reassuring from start to finish. I would absolutely return and would definitely recommend her to others!

Rowena is brilliant. I’ve seen her for masseter Botox and facial peels and am very happy with the results. She’s very knowledgeable and knowing she has a nursing background is reassuring. Highly recommended!
